Alexandr Bondarenko, managing partner of the Investment Programs Bureau, economist, told about it on the air of Espreso.
"Economic reservation is a very necessary thing. The delay in the adoption of the bill hinders the development of the economy. About 200 thousand people can be booked under the mechanics of economic booking. According to our calculations, it can bring from 30 billion UAH to 45 billion UAH — annual additional injections into the state budget from the additional military levy. This is a large sum", he noted.
According to the economist, the country's defense budget badly needs monthly revenues of UAH 5-10 billion.
"The money will be really tangible on the battlefield for the AFU. Therefore, we believe that it is urgent to pass this bill and introduce the rules of economic reservation", — he added.
Andriy Shabelnikov, Managing Partner of EvrikaLaw JSC, Chairman of the NAAU Committee on Investment Activity and Privatization, believes that economic reservation from mobilization makes it possible to avoid corruption risks in TCR.
