The Center for Countering Disinformation published a selection of anti-Ukrainian fakes and manipulations that Russian propaganda launched on June 17
This is reported by Espresso.TV.

According to the Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Russian propaganda launched disinformation and manipulation on June 17.

Manipulation: The spokesman of Kremlin dictator V. Putin, D. Peskov said, "Russia's approach to resolving the Ukrainian crisis is transparent and well known to everyone".

Firstly, Peskov uses a tactic of concept substitution when he calls the war started by Russia a "Ukrainian crisis". Second, the "transparent approach of the Russian Federation" is an ultimatum that is unacceptable for Ukraine.

Disinformation: The pro-Russian Telegram channel Resident wrote: "The summit became a PR platform for Zelenskyy/Yermak, when the whole event was conceived for photos, not a real discussion of peace in Ukraine".

Refutation: The Peace Summit in Switzerland is the first step towards a just peace based on the UN Charter and basic principles of international law, not Russia's ultimatums. In addition, the Peace Summit managed to attract an unprecedented representation of participants – 101 countries and international organizations from all continents, which speaks for its success, despite all the claims of Russian propaganda.

"Putin's latest offer is extremely generous": fakes and manipulations of the world media for June 17.
