29-year-old model Elizaveta Yastremskaya won first place and a gold medal at the Ukrainian Bodybuilding Cup in the "Bikini Model" category.

"It was not easy — I worked 4-5 hours a day in the gym, morning and evening, to achieve this goal. Hard work, discipline and belief in myself made it possible. If you have a goal and a clear vision of where you want to go, you can achieve anything! Don't stop, work hard and your dreams will come true", the model stated.

She admitted that the most important thing is to have a clear vision about what one wants to achieve.

"I knew that my goal was to win the Ukrainian Bodybuilding Cup. Every training approach, every effort in the gym brought me closer to this goal. I worked in the gym every day, because I knew that every step brings me closer to my dream. A goal is the first necessity", Yastremskaya shared.
