Monday, May 27, will be declared the Day of Mourning in Kharkiv for the victims of the Russian shelling of the Epicenter on May 25. At least 14 people were killed then

It is noted that the corresponding order was signed by Kharkiv Mayor Igor Terekhov.

In mourning for those killed in the Russian attack, the State flag with a black ribbon will be at half-mast on buildings and structures of local self-government, enterprises, institutions and organizations.

Entertainment music will also be prohibited in markets, trade and catering establishments.

  • On Saturday, May 25, 2024, Russians struck at the civilian infrastructure of the city of Kharkiv throughout the day. In particular, the Epicenter construction hypermarket was hit, killing 14 people.
