In Odesa, a woman defecated at a memorial to fallen soldiers: she was tracked down and detained by police
On Friday, May 24, in the center of Odesa, a woman relieved herself in the middle of the memorial to the fallen Ukrainian defenders. Instead of a sanitary product, she used the flag of Ukraine
It is noted that the incident occurred in the middle of the day on European Square in the center of Odesa. On the lawn in the middle of the square, where flags are installed in memory of the fallen heroes-defenders, the woman relieved herself and used state symbols as a hygienic means.
In response to the outrage of passers-by and attempts to stop the woman, she said that she was pregnant and "wanted to".
Witnesses filmed the woman's actions and reported them to law enforcement. In a few hours, the police found and detained the woman near the railway station.
The intruder turned out to be a 28-year-old citizen. At the time of her arrest, she was intoxicated. She was subsequently taken to the police station.
The incident was registered in the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations under the articles on desecration of state symbols and hooliganism.
The woman faces up to three years in prison for the offenses committed.
