In order to support entrepreneurs, Oschad and Dobropilska city territorial community signed an agreement providing an opportunity for micro, small and medium-sized business (MSME) clients who received financing from Oschadbank under the state program "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%" to receive 100% reimbursement of the rate during the first two years of using this loan.

The agreement was concluded in accordance with the terms of the program of support for representatives of MSMEs operating in the territory of Dobropole city territorial community for 2024 – 2026.

"Since the beginning of the full-scale war, many entrepreneurs have had to relocate their businesses, and those who remained have lost some customers, markets and profits. That is why Oschad, in cooperation with local authorities, seeks to help restore such enterprises, reformat them or start something new", – noted Anna Prasol, Head of the Donetsk Regional Department of Oschadbank.

In terms of financing, Oschadbank is the leader of the "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%" program in Donetsk region. Since February 2022, 22 entrepreneurs of Donetsk region have received loans from Oschad under this program for a total amount of UAH 122.7 million, including 5 clients in Dobropilska community who received loans for UAH 55.2 million.

"The purpose of the recently approved program is to create transparent, clear and fair rules so that every entrepreneur has access to soft loans. This is the government's help for businesses to survive and grow. In this way, we direct local budget resources to support the region's economy and create additional jobs, without which a full life in the frontline areas is impossible", said Andriy Bondarenko, head of the Dobropolye City Military Administration.
