It is indicated that the searches are being conducted to check the possible involvement of employees of the Information Technology Department of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine in committing a criminal offense under Part. 2 of Art. 15 (attempted crime) and Part 5 of Art. 191 (misappropriation, embezzlement or seizure of property through abuse of office) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine during the tender process.

"The State Judicial Administration of Ukraine declares zero tolerance for corruption and will do its utmost to assist law enforcement agencies in establishing the truth and bringing the perpetrators to justice. Officials of any rank and status must be punished for corruption crimes", the statement said.

The SJA reminded that in February 2024, following the results of disciplinary proceedings, the Director of the Information Technology Department was reprimanded in connection with the offenses provided for in paragraphs 4, 5, 15 of Part 2 of Article 65 of the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service".

• On July 24, 2023, the head of the State Judicial Administration, Oleksiy Salnikov, was caught inciting Supreme Court judges to take a bribe for making a decision in favor of a commercial enterprise.
