Power outage schedules will be in effect throughout Ukraine on May 21
Throughout the day on Tuesday, May 21, schedules of hourly power outages will be in effect for industrial and residential consumers throughout Ukraine

It is noted that the schedules can be applied when certain consumption limits are exceeded, which the Dispatch Center of Ukrenergo has already communicated to each regional power distribution company.
Information on when exactly the blackouts will be applied in your region can be found in the consumer's office, on the official websites of regional power distribution companies, as well as on their pages in social networks, the company noted.
The company also recalled that the main reason for the application of restrictive measures is the consequences of enemy missile strikes on Ukrainian power plants. From March 22 to May 8, the Russians targeted all large thermal and hydroelectric power plants five times. Due to significant damage, they cannot generate as much electricity as before the attacks.
- Starting June 1, electricity tariffs for households are likely to increase to 4.5-5 UAH/kW. Now the government is actively discussing this issue.
