The Government has extended the postponement of conscription of employees for one month
On Tuesday, May 7, the Cabinet of Ministers decided to extend the current postponement of military service during the mobilization of employees for one month

According to the decision, the extension will be automatic and applies only to those deferrals that have not expired on the day the resolution was adopted.
According to Deputy Minister of Economy, Igor Fomenko, since the law "On mobilization preparation and mobilization" will come into force on May 18, according to which the legislation of Ukraine will change the reservation of persons liable for military service, the government is currently working on the development of relevant government acts.
"At the same time, in order to prevent the shutdown of enterprises critical to the economy during this transitional period and to meet the needs of defense and the population, we are extending the deferral period by one month. In the future, enterprises will be able to book employees according to the updated rules", he explained.
