Oschadbank exporters can get free consultations on compliance of foreign trade contracts with the current legislation of Ukraine
Oschadbank offers its clients — legal entities engaged in foreign economic activity (FEA) — to receive legal advice from one of the Big Four companies — KPMG (KPMG-Ukraine LLC).
The initiative was introduced within the framework of the My Export partnership program for business, which is jointly implemented by Oschadbank, Nova Poshta, the USAID Competitive Economy Program and the Entrepreneurship Development Office.
Consultations on the compliance of foreign economic activity contracts with Ukrainian legislation will be held online.
These consultations are available to companies that meet the following criteria:
- officially registered with 10 or more employees;
- work in the field of packaging and packaging materials, food industry, machine building and metalworking, textile industry;
- produce products for restoration and reconstruction (building materials, windows, doors, metal structures, electrical goods, etc.)
In the "My Export" package, the client will receive general advice on:
- subject of the contract, transfer of ownership and risks;
- receiving payments, including in terms of their order, terms and currency;
- product acceptance;
- validity of the agreement, term of validity and grounds for termination;
- applicable law and dispute resolution procedure.
KPMG Ukraine will not advise on commercial and tax issues related to foreign trade contracts.
