Yuriy Felipenko, actor of the Theater on Podil, joins the Armed Forces of Ukraine

A Ukrainian actor from the Kyiv Academic Drama Theater on Podil, who also acts in films and TV series, Yuriy Felipenko joined the Achilles battalion of the 92nd separate assault brigade. The unit was formed from volunteers in the first days of the full-scale invasion.
Felipenko posted a video of himself taking the oath of allegiance with his comrades.
"Achilles recruits are preparing to take the oath", the actor signed.
He also shared a video of the morning exercises they do with their brothers.
At the beginning of russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the actor joined the Kyiv-based TDF. Later, he began to actively volunteer.
In the Theater on Podil, he plays in the plays Do Oxen Roar Like Manger's Bells? Over the past two years, Felipenko has starred in the 4-part war drama The Occupied, and recently released the series Promise to God.
