Ukraine will be able to increase the number of long-range attacks on russian territory, — British Chief of Staff
Admiral Tony Radakin
Ukraine may increase the number of long-range strikes against russia, as military aid from Western countries should help Kyiv shape the war "in much stronger ways"
As reported by espreso.tv
"As Ukraine gains more capabilities for long-range combat... its ability to continue deep operations [will increasingly] become a characteristic feature of the war", Radakin said, adding that strikes on russian territory "definitely have an effect".
According to him, the Ukrainian defense is in a negative mood due to a lack of ammunition and the russian offensive. Instead, the admiral stressed that such a gloomy "analysis" of the war does not take into account long-term trends that are more in Ukraine's favor.
"The danger of any instant assessment of the big picture is that it [ignores] where we are now and where we will be in the next couple of years", Radakin said, adding that people should stop "appeasing russia" and believing that it "somehow has significant advantages".
- Recall that on April 24, it became known that the United States secretly transferred ATACMS missiles to Ukraine and the Armed Forces of Ukraine used them at least twice.
