It is known that the occupiers' state institutions in the TOT received a plan to donate blood for employees. However, at the same time, the russians involved school and kindergarten workers in such an action, promising a monetary reward and a weekend for participation. In case of refusal, the enemy threatened people with penalties.

"The National Resistance Center notes that all those who help the enemy to carry out such actions will be held accountable after the de-occupation of our land", the statement emphasizes.
  • On April 21, it was reported that the so-called authorities in the temporarily occupied territories were giving land, whose owners refused to cooperate with the enemy, to those farmers who re-registered according to russian standards.
