Maliar, Reznikov's ex-deputy, declared salary at defense company: what is known
On April 14, former Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Hanna Maliar, filed a corrected declaration for 2023, in which she indicated income from Proma-Tech LLC

The website Youcontrol states that the company's main activity is the production of iron, steel and ferroalloys. Other activities include the production of weapons and ammunition, machining of metal products, and the production of military vehicles.
The beneficiaries of the company, registered in Rivne, are Viktor Melnyk, Aleksandr Nosov and Dmytro Sych.
The company's financial reporting shows that in 2023 the company received UAH 561 million in revenue and UAH 82 million in net profit, while in 2022 there was no revenue at all.
Just recently, Maliar reported that she was working on information projects and intends to make a movie.

Journalists from Sledstva.Info called Maliar and asked about his work at the defense company."I don't work there anymore, it was three months before the New Year. I was invited by Aleksandr Nosov, I was setting up the legal department there", she replied.
Nosov was previously a member of the Supervisory Board of Ukroboronprom.
- On September 5, 2023, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine supported the resignation of Oleksii Reznikov from the post of Minister of Defense of Ukraine. According to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the Ministry of Defense needs new approaches and other formats of interaction with both the military and society as a whole.
- The next day, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved the appointment of Rustem Umerov as Minister of Defense.
- Later, on September 18, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dismissed the Deputy Ministers of Defense and the State Secretary of the Ministry. In particular, Hanna Maliar was dismissed.
