On 26 October, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine allowed Ruslan Shostak to establish the Terwin Group. The corporation will unite 17 companies with more than 30,000 employees. Shostak's companies operate in the grocery and retail sectors, domestic staff recruitment, development and the automotive business. At the end of September, Terwin Group announced a search for a CEO for the corporate centre of a large group of companies that manages various businesses and a charitable foundation.

Ruslan Shostak, co-owner of EVA and VARUS networks, disclosed the details of the formation of Terwin Corporation in his statement dated 30.10.2023.

According to him, the merger of the business into a new corporation is a logical and planned procedure. This step will allow for more efficient asset management and operations.

Ruslan Shostak noted the importance of implementing a unified corporate governance system for all his companies. This includes a financial audit to be carried out by leading global companies. For example, the EVA and VARUS retail chains are audited by KPMG Ukraine, and the charity fund will be audited by Baker Tilly in Ukraine starting this year.

Ruslan Shostak believes that the main task for a businessman is to increase the efficiency of each enterprise and create an economic pillar for the country, and ensuring transparency of economic activity is a top priority.

He also emphasised the need to establish a unified system for recruitment, training and adaptation of personnel, as well as participation in social projects.
